Online PT

Individual 1:1 Online PT coaching, plan and training sessions. We will focus on exercises to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle or any specific goals you have. After we have our first 1:1 call, I will make a workout plan specifically for you where we check in weekly or monthly, depending on your needs.

Nutrition Plan

Does your body get enough nutrition throughout the week? When you workout, you need more energy. A food journal is an important part of your making sure that you’re on track. I will help you with a meal and nutrition plan, recipes, and helpful tips! Can do a weekly or monthly overview depending on what you need.
